Before contacting us via our Customer Centre, please check if our frequently asked questions provide a solution to your query. The Customer Centre will deal with any feedback or complaints arising from any service provided by the Met Office.
The Met Office Press Office is staffed by trained meteorologists
and journalists, who can be contacted 24/7. It is available
for journalists and media researchers only. 
Our Education Service is for primary and secondary pupils
and teachers. It is available for education enquiries and feedback. |
